That particular engine its suggested 100,000 miles cam belt,water pump and tensioners changed.As you have only done 67,000 miles then it should be okay ,i guess the squealing will be the Ribbed belt also known as the Aux belt needs tightening if not on a self tensioner(or yes could be water pump) in which case yes its the whole lot needs doing..Or as still in warranty take it back and get
