13#. Try this, get the latest app for your tab,hook the tab to the r/c with the tabs cable, start app, turn on r/c and see if the app recognizes your r/c and says it needs an update. If so download the update and see if controller starts updating. PS DO NOT TURN ON THE PHANTOM Hope this works for you, it did mine.
